No account or login is required. If accounts are added later, additional terms will apply.
The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. Transactions are processed by Apple/Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by the storefront.
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the app (e.g., disrupt services, reverse engineer, or violate laws).
The app and its content are owned by Nibs Studio LLC/Nibs Study App or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nibs Studio LLC/Nibs Study App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nibs Studio LLC/Nibs Study App harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will revise the “Effective Date” above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
